Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY: 

  1. DELIVERIES:

           We maintain minimal stock on our premises, with most items ordered on                       demand and shipped from overseas. The product price includes insurance and             any customs fees for orders below R2000.00. If your order is over R2000.00 you             are responsible for import duties and taxes.  

  1. 1.1 Deliveries are free on all order over R999.99 and accordingly, if you order value is less than R999.99, the delivery fee will be displayed when you checkout and recorded in your Order confirmation and invoice. Delivery of your Order will be made 7 - 15 business days from the date that your Order confirmation is sent to you, except during sales events, when delivery may take up to 21 business days or custom made products. We do not guarantee that your Order will be dispatched or delivered on any particular date and time. Your order will only be delivered to a valid address in South Africa, on business days between 08h00 and 16h00 on any particular date and time. You or the person accepting the delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification, when accepting the delivery of you order. Two attempts will be made to deliver your Order and should you fail, refuse or neglect to be available and accept the Order after 2 attempts, you may be liable for additional delivery charges or we may elect to cancel your order, in which event we will refund you the full transaction value less delivery charges already incurred and a reasonable administration charge.                    

      2.  TRACKING YOUR ORDER: 

           2.1 Within 48 hour of you Order having been shipped, you will receive an email                   confirmation containing your shipping details, tracking number and a link                     to your tracking Order.

            2.2 When your Order is delivered, you must inspect the products and be                              satisfied that the products conform to the quality and quantity you                                ordered and are free from any defect. You are not able to return any                              Products to us with the Courier and if you wish to return the Products,                          you must follow the returns procedure, as contained in our online returns                      Terms and Conditions, which can be found on www.ivygraceapparel.com.

        3. DELIVERY TIME:

                Estimated Total Delivery Time: Before we courier your order to you we                            process it first, therefor the Total Delivery Time will be different to the                            shipping time. Please note it takes 3 to 5 working days to process your                          order after which the parcel will be delivered via Courier within 2 to 3                            business days.
